Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice

What data do we collect?

When you fill in one of the contact forms on eaarge.com.tr, we process the following information: your full name, email address, the subject of your message, your phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. When the form is submitted, your IP address is also recorded to prevent abuse and unwanted submissions.

If you enter your email address in the newsletter field at the bottom of our pages, that address is processed solely to send you the newsletter.

The site uses Google Analytics for analytics purposes; this tool collects anonymised usage statistics through cookies.

Why do we process your data?

• To answer your enquiries and quote requests and to contact you by phone or email (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: directly related to the establishment of a contract),
• To keep a record of your request and carry out the service process,
• To send you our newsletter if you have asked to subscribe,
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).

Information you send through our contact forms is not added to marketing lists. Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties, and form records are used only to process your request.

How long do we keep your data?

Form records are kept for as long as necessary to conclude your request and to carry out any resulting business relationship, and in all cases no longer than the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation. When that period ends, the records are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing; to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; to request its deletion or destruction; and to object to any outcome against you that arises solely from analysis by automated systems.

To exercise these rights or to end your newsletter subscription, you can write to onur@eaarge.com.tr or send a request to our postal address above. We will respond to your request within 30 days at the latest.

Cookies

Our site uses one essential session cookie that the site needs in order to work, and Google Analytics measurement cookies for visit statistics. Your light or dark theme preference is not stored in a cookie; it is kept only in your browser's local storage and is not sent to our server. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; this does not affect the core functions of the site.
